But that does not mean that it is easy.
Whether we are starting a new family
or reinventing a job, we need supportive
and caring people helping us see our
goals and cheering us on.
I have been serving people professionally since at least 1988. As a licensed social worker I have provided therapy to children and families, to mentally ill adults, and to people with AIDS and other medical conditions in a variety of settings in the Baltimore region. In 1997 I graduated from the Howard University School of Divinity. Since then, I have led Unitarian Universalist congregations in Wilmington Delaware, and Palmer and Provincetown, Massachusetts, where I served the community for eleven years. I'm also active in the arts, particularly theater and painting. I am also involved in the Star Island Arts Conference. My one constant is the importance of creativity to the soul. If we can express our true selves – in some area – then we have the basis for understanding, compassion, and courage.
I offer various paths to growth.
